The 2023 PATRIOT combines bold California character with European-style balance. It’s rich, layered and easy to drink. This vintage comes from the Santa Margarita Ranch AVA at the southernmost border of Paso Robles, where wine grapes were first grown by Franciscan missionaries in the late 1700s. This area is cooler than Paso Robles proper, creating a long, extended growing season that brings out the best in the Cabernet Sauvignon grape. The result is an absolute crowd pleaser fit for an occasion, starting with holiday gatherings and extending all the way out to spring and summer barbecues.
